You can submit a request upon arrival at the Company’s office, send it by mail or e-mail. The request must be clear, include your name, information about what rights and to what extent you wish to exercise, and how you would like to receive a response and the request must be signed. If you submit your application electronically, the information will also be provided electronically, unless you request it in advance to provide it in different way.
We will endeavor to process your requests and provide you with the information as soon as possible, but no later than 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of your request. If due to certain circumstances, such as the complexity of the submitted request (e.g. if it is necessary to seek the assistance of data processors) or the large number of other requests processed by the Company, the period may be extended up to two further months.
